What to Wear for My Class or Therapy Session

Your child should wear pants, leggings or capris that he/she are comfortable in (no shorts) and a top that covers their midriff. You will see faster results in your child's flexibility this way. You will also want your child to wear socks to retain your child's body’s heat as well as prevent your feet from sliding.

Please encourage and/or help your child to remove their shoes, put them in the cubby and put on their socks before walking through the classroom, there will be times that they will be lying down on the carpet during class, so this is just an effort to keep the floors as tidy as possible.

We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins. This will give your child time to change clothing if needed, take off shoes, put on socks and put their belongings in the cubby.  If your child wear orthotics please ask your therapist/instructor if he/she will be needing to wear them during the session prior to removing them. We have all the exercise equipment your child will be using so you don't have to worry about bringing any additional items. Please remember your child to bring their Casa Care notebook to keep track of their home fitness program. Once your child is ready wait for your child's instructor/therapist to come get him/her into the room. 

 

Through all of our classes music, rhythmic movements,  peer interactions, peer support, games and structure activities are the keys to the success of our children.
